Sean Kellar

Sean Kellar

Sean's primary focus is on new development identification, design development, city entitlements and construction management. As a general contractor Sean brings a wide range of experience that gives Kprime an edge in today's rehab market. Over the past 20 years he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of construction of new and rehab buildings in the residential and commercial fields. While working for Shapell Homes as a Construction Project Manager, his duties included overseeing the development of the San Ramon Corporation Yard, a childcare facility in Danville, and a 15,000 sq. ft. retail center in Fremont, Ca. As a construction consultant he worked with the owner of Meacham Oppenheimer (a local office/retail leasing and brokerage firm) to convert a 15,000 sq. ft., three-story brick hotel building built in 1870 to commercial office space.

His in-depth development skills are enhanced by nearly 15+ years of experience in the architectural field. This experience will give Kprime the technical skills in determining design solutions that work for the land and structures, implementing and overseeing the architectural phases and getting various jurisdictional city/county approvals. His managing skills will play a key role in pulling a design team together to achieve a well balanced project of good function, with pleasing aesthetics and cost effectiveness.

Sean is a General Contractor (License: 950922) and holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Woodbury University.

Jason Kellar

Jason Kellar

Jason's position involves guiding company investments/sponsored syndicates, strategic planning, and detailed tracking & overall financial health of the Kprime group of companies. Also actively involved in brand development and strategy, web site traffic growth, web site UI and marketing.

As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Jason is instrumental in the identification, acquisition, management and ultimate disposition of real estate assets to meet both internal and sponsored syndicate financial objectives. Detailed investment tracking and accounting, as well as investor communications also fall under Jason's prevue.

Additionally, with over 10 years of Web/Network Administration & Management experience, Jason offers Kprime and it's affiliates a strong technical background, which is crucial in all marketing efforts, improves lines of communication, and helps promote an efficient overall business model. Thinking "Green" is a choice, and through Jason's efforts to deploy web automation and internal electronic-reporting everyone benefits by reduced paper waste and improved communication.

Jason is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (Licensed: 01748067), a REALTOR and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance.

Edward Kellar

Edward Kellar

Ed has been investing in real estate investment properties for the past 40+ years, specializing in the formation, development and management of many residential real estate syndications. He has syndicated 13 residential projects, which has ranged in size from 24 units to 240 units per project. For these syndicated properties and properties of his own account he has raised over $15M in initial capital, with an overall equity capital range of $100M.

His property management firm has managed over 1,000 units of investment properties. Additionally over the past 20+ years, within his corporations, he has developed many church and commercial projects through out the State of California.

Ed is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (Licensed: 00351085), a REALTOR and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics.
